Queensbury Billiards & Café hosts private parties and events at 324 Quaker Rd, Suite 8, Queensbury, NY — five minutes from downtown Glens Falls, twelve from Lake George Village, ten from Exit 18. Twenty-one pool tables, a full bar, an arcade, and a kitchen serving Caribbean plates, gyros, wings, burgers and pizza. We’ve hosted groups up to 250. Free parking in the plaza lot.
The Room
This is a real pool hall, not a restaurant with a table in the back. Twenty-one tables on the floor in two sizes, so the room works whether your group plays seriously or has never held a cue.
Twelve Nine-Foot Brunswick Gold Crowns
Tournament-spec tables — the same size and make used in professional competition. Twelve of them under one roof is rare anywhere north of Albany. If anyone in your group shoots for real, this is why they’ll want to come here.
Nine Seven-Foot Valleys
Faster, tighter, friendlier. The best tables in the house for a group that mostly wants to talk and take turns, and the right place to put people who are new to the game.
Plus a full bar, an arcade, TVs, and a kitchen that runs all night. We host DJ nights and have had 250 people in the room for one — the space handles a crowd.

Bringing people who’ve never played? One of our instructors will run your group through the basics before the party gets going — how to stand, how to make a bridge, and how to actually hit the ball. Covers up to 10 people, priced per group, not per person. Instructor-led for as long as your group needs.
Bigger Groups
Anything larger than ten is quoted individually — graduation parties, team banquets, corporate nights, DJ events and full venue rentals. Tell us your date, your headcount and what you have in mind using the form below, and we’ll put a package together. We’ve hosted up to 250.

Common Questions
How many people can you host?
We’ve had up to 250 people in the room. The Deal Breaker package covers groups up to ten; anything larger is quoted individually. Send us your headcount and we’ll tell you what works.
How many pool tables do you have?
Twenty-one. Twelve nine-foot Brunswick Gold Crowns and nine seven-foot Valleys.
Is there an age limit?
No. All ages are welcome in the room, so the whole family or the whole team can come. The bar is available to guests 21 and over with valid ID.
Can we bring our own cake or decorations?
Yes to both. Let us know ahead of time so we can set up a space for you.
Can we bring outside food?
We have a full kitchen and would rather feed you, but talk to us about dietary needs or special requests and we’ll work it out.
Can we bring a DJ or play our own music?
Yes. We host DJ nights regularly and have had 250 people in for one. Tell us what you’re planning when you book.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks for most parties. Longer for June graduations and December holiday parties, which fill up.
Is there a deposit?
For larger bookings and full-venue rentals, yes. We’ll go over it when we build your package — nothing is due when you first inquire.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes, across the menu — vegetable chow mein, vegetable fried rice, the seasoned rice platter and more. Tell us about dietary needs when you book.
