Terms of Services

Welcome to Queensbury Billiards. By enrolling in any of our monthly membership subscription plans (“Membership”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not participate in our Membership plans.

1. Membership Overview

Queensbury Billiards offers monthly subscription plans that provide members with access to our facilities, including billiards tables, equipment, and select events or discounts, depending on the chosen plan. Specific benefits, pricing, and availability are detailed on our website at [insert website URL] or at our physical location.

Eligibility: Members must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Plan Types: Membership plans may include, but are not limited to, Student, Silver, Gold & Queensbury Billiards Community Plans, each with distinct benefits.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal to the subscriber and cannot be transferred or shared.

2. Subscription and Billing

Billing Cycle: Membership fees are charged monthly on the date of initial enrollment, unless otherwise specified.
Payment Method: You must provide a valid credit/debit card or other accepted payment method. By enrolling, you authorize Queensbury Billiards to automatically charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method.
Fee Changes: Queensbury Billiards reserves the right to adjust membership fees with at least 30 days’ written notice (via email or posted at our facility). Continued use of the Membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to Membership benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved. A $10 late fee may apply for payments overdue by more than 5 days.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Member: You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing written notice (via email to [insert email] or in-person at our facility) at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation by Queensbury Billiards: We may cancel your Membership at our discretion, including for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or disruptive behavior, with notice provided where feasible.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. No prorated refunds are offered for partial months.

4. Use of Facilities

Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to Queensbury Billiards’ rules, including respecting staff, other patrons, and equipment. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, harassment, vandalism, or intoxication.
Equipment: Members are responsible for proper use of billiards tables and equipment. Damage due to misuse may result in repair/replacement fees.
Guest Policy: Guests may be permitted under certain plans, subject to additional fees and club rules. Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.

5. Liability and Safety

Assumption of Risk: Use of our facilities is at your own risk. Billiards involves physical activity, and you acknowledge the potential for injury.
Waiver: By enrolling, you waive any claims against Queensbury Billiards, its staff, or affiliates for injuries or damages sustained during use of our facilities, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Health Declaration: You confirm you are physically capable of participating in billiards activities. Inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect your safety.

6. Privacy

We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, payment information) to manage your Membership. Our Privacy Policy [insert link or reference] governs how we handle your data. By enrolling, you consent to such data collection and use.

7. Modifications to Terms

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any Membership for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, access to facilities and benefits ceases immediately.
